Hale Charlton is a fondly remembered member of the California Shorthorn Breeders Association. A $250.00 scholarship is awarded in his name every year at the CSBA Annual Meeting and Dinner

bring to the Spotlight on Quality sale and deliver to Greg Cardey by noon on Saturday.

Winner will be announced at the CSBA Annual Meeting and Dinner, Saturday of the Spotlight on Quality sale. All applicants are encouraged to attend!
